Service Account Manager Professional (m/f/d)

To strengthen our service team at our Langenfeld location, we are looking for a:

Service Account Manager Professional (m/f/d) Full-time (40 hours per week)

What you can look forward to as a Service Account Manager Professional:

  • You will optimize processes for our existing customers by identifying, evaluating, and improving processes in collaboration with the Key Account and service team.
  • You will support the onboarding processes for new customers and provide assistance and recommendations for integrating customers into TKD’s process and system environment.
  • You will conduct quality checks on completed onboardings and develop proposals for adjustments.
  • You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with the service team and supporting with more complex tasks.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge in project management or consulting.
  • Good understanding of IT processes at user level.
  • Ability to align customer requirements and technical aspects with existing structures.
  • Experience in mobile telephony and telecommunications is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in digital media and MS Office products.

  • Next, you will participate in an on-site TKD day to get to know the team and tasks.
