Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

TKD, as a specialist in telecommunications and mobile working, supports its customers in planning, implementing, and managing the mobile digital workplace. To strengthen our HR team at our Langenfeld location, we are looking for a Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

  • Creation and maintenance of website content and editorial articles.
  • Management and updating of content across all platforms (including social media, e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Maintenance and expansion of partner relationships.
  • Planning and execution of campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Development of SEO-optimized content.
  • Analysis of content and campaign performance and derivation of optimization measures.
  • Close collaboration with the design team to create engaging content.
  • Support in planning and implementing marketing strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Completed education or degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in content management or online marketing.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Typo3).
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEA.
  • Experience in creating and implementing online marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Creativity and strategic thinking.
  • Independent and structured way of working.
