To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an HR Administrator (m/f/d) in part-time (30 hours per week) for our location in Langenfeld.

  • Managing the recruiting process
  • Posting job advertisements
  • Managing applicant tracking
  • Supporting the execution of interviews
  • Processing personnel administrative tasks
  • Preparing contract documents
  • Data entry
  • Managing the time tracking system
  • Preparing reports

These skills distinguish you:

  • You have a commercial office education
  • You have already gained experience in HR administration and/or recruiting
  • An independent and solution-oriented way of working is important to you
  • Ideally, you have a basic understanding of labor law
