To report potential compliance violations, we provide our employees, as well as customers, suppliers, and other third parties, with various reporting channels.
The web-based whistleblower system allows potential legal or policy violations within TKD to be reported—anonymously if desired. The whistleblower system is available to all employees, as well as customers, suppliers, and other third parties.
Your report will be received and processed by sicdata – Unternehmensberatung as the externally appointed Whistleblower Protection Officer for our organization. As a professional bound by confidentiality, sicdata is obligated to treat the identity of whistleblowers and the information received with absolute discretion. For this purpose, sicdata provides a whistleblower system for maximum confidentiality (no forwarding to unauthorized persons or other disclosure) in addition to traditional channels such as email or telephone.
Each incoming report is carefully reviewed and evaluated by our external Whistleblower Protection Officer—if necessary, with the involvement of company management.
