We are very pleased about every application and appreciate every interest in joining our team. Each application is thoroughly reviewed and carefully processed by us—with the respective department for which the application is intended being directly involved. But what happens after your application is received? We are happy to give you insight into our process:
First, we invite you to a 30-45 minute online interview with the team leader of the department and HR.
In the next step, you will get to know the team and the tasks during a TKD Day on-site.
You will receive our feedback within one week.
On your first day, you will meet your personal mentor, who will accompany you throughout your entire onboarding phase. During our three-day Starter Days, you will also receive initial insights into the various departments as well as helpful information about TKD.
After the first month, you will have already oriented yourself well and taken on initial tasks independently. Together with your manager and your mentor, you will reflect on the first weeks, clarify open questions, and define the next steps of your onboarding.
As a rule, onboarding is completed after six months and you are familiar with your areas of responsibility. In your probationary period review, we look back together on the entire onboarding period and welcome your constructive feedback on the first months.
In your employee development meeting, we look back together on the past year and discuss your successes as well as upcoming challenges. The goal is to further advance your personal development at TKD.
