Our conditions

The price you pay for your equipment depends on a number of factors, including age, manufacturer, model, performance, and visual and technical condition. You have two options: You can either provide us with detailed information about your equipment up front, or we can provide you with a flat rate quote based on key characteristics such as CPU generation, hard drive type, and display size. In both cases, a long-term price forecast over several quarters is possible.

Our costs for logistics and certified data deletion are charged. You decide whether these costs are deducted directly from the purchase price or invoiced separately.
