The web-based whistleblower system can be used to report possible violations of laws or policies within TKD, anonymously if desired. The whistleblower system is available to all employees, including customers, suppliers and other third parties.
Your report will be received and processed by sicdata – Unternehmensberatung as the external whistleblower protection officer of our company. sicdata is obliged to treat the identity of the whistleblower and the information received with absolute discretion. To this end, sicdata provides a whistleblower system for maximum confidentiality (no forwarding to unauthorized persons or other disclosure) in addition to traditional channels such as e-mail or telephone.
The content of each incoming report is carefully reviewed and evaluated by our external whistleblower protection officer, with the involvement of senior management if necessary.
