Assembly

The packaging phase focuses on the complete integration of new mobile devices. The entire fleet is pre-registered in TKD.360 DataControl as well as in Apple Business Manager or Samsung Knox.

Armored glass and protective covers ensure long-term protection of the hardware.

When the mobile devices are shipped, TKD ensures that they are delivered either to company locations or directly to employees on the desired date.

Break & Fix

360° LifeCycle Management also covers the active use phase of mobile devices. With TKD360. DataControl, the mobile asset management platform, there is a digital and automated response to incidents.

Upon receipt of a report, such as a defective smartphone, an express replacement is triggered to ensure mobile communication. Broken devices are certified, deleted, repaired and added to the device pool.

End of life Management

With well-organized end-of-life management, TKD supports the sustainable processing of smartphones at the end of their life cycle. A uniform and well-organized return of all devices ensures that customers can easily switch to the latest hardware.

Certified device wiping prior to internal refurbishment is fully integrated into the service to enable a second life cycle through remarketing.
